1.5 & 2-hour sessions are solely private pay options, no insurance option is provided for these sessions.

I do not offer sliding scale at this time, but I do offer a superbill for reimbursement. See: “Insurance Reimbursement” on this page for more details.

In TN: I take Cigna, Aetna, Optum, & United HealthCare insurances.

In TX: I take Cigna & Aetna insurances and will soon be taking Optum & United HealthCare insurances.

Please let me know if you would like to use your insurance before the session.

For those paying for the session themselves, I am happy to provide a monthly superbill you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Reimbursement rates differ based on your insurance policy, so it can be helpful to reach out to your insurance and ask what reimbursement rate to expect for sessions.

Insurance will not reimburse for sessions over 1 hour.
