I take Cigna, Aetna, Optum, & United HealthCare insurances.

Please let me know if you would like to use your insurance before the session.

I do not accept Optum/United HealthCare Insurances for Couples Counseling sessions - those must be self-pay

For those paying for the session themselves, I am happy to provide a monthly superbill you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Reimbursement rates differ based on your insurance policy, so it can be helpful to reach out to your insurance and ask what reimbursement rate to expect for sessions.
